Returns and Exchanges
- Returns: All returns are accepted if the company has been previously informed of the return.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping costs if the return is due to our error or defect of any article. We take care of everything.
- Returns can be for another article or by means of a voucher to be exchanged in our shop. All this previously notified by phone or mail to the company.
- If we do not consider that a return can be made, we reserve the right not to do so.
- Prices are valid except for typographical errors.
- In case of litigation, the buyer will submit to the Courts of Zamora, renouncing his own jurisdiction.
- All trademarks appearing in the catalogue are registered trademarks. Reproduction is forbidden.
