RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with current consumer protection regulations, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, you must communicate your decision by sending an email to info@primerdia.es or by any other means that allows proof of communication.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, with all original tags, and in their original packaging whenever possible.

Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of use, stains, odors, damage, or any other circumstance that prevents their sale as a new product.

Returns will not be accepted for personalized products, custom-made items, or products modified at the customer's request.

RETURNS SHIPPING

IMPORTANT: Primer Día does not offer return pickup.

The customer must ship the items at their own expense via Correos (Spanish Postal Service) or any shipping company of their choice.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error in the shipment made by Primer Día or a manufacturing defect in the product received. In these cases, the company will cover the corresponding costs.

REFUND

Once the merchandise has been received and inspected, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

If the order included free shipping and the customer exercises their right of withdrawal, €5 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the shipping costs incurred by the company.

If the customer paid shipping costs at the time of purchase, the full amount of the returned products will be refunded, provided these conditions are met.

SIZE OR PRODUCT EXCHANGES

Size exchanges or exchanges for a different item are subject to stock availability at the time of the request.

It is recommended to contact Primer Día beforehand to confirm the availability of the new item or size before shipping.

PRICES

The prices shown on the website are valid except in the case of obvious typographical, computer, or update errors.

APPLICABLE LAW

These terms and conditions shall be governed by current Spanish legislation regarding consumer protection.

All trademarks, trade names, images, and content displayed on the website are the property of their respective owners. Their reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without express authorization.
